Hello, my name is Natasha, I was born and raised in Ukraine, I am a graduate of the International Academy of Personal Trainers in Poland.

In childhood, I was overweight., I ate sweets almost every day. When I looked in the mirror, I knew that there was a lot to change. So I started to exercise. I remember getting tired of daily cardio when I didn’t see any fast effects. It was then I decided that I would do everything to achieve my goal.

I managed to lose 10 kg, just by changing my eating habits and slowly it changed my life. Exercise and sports have become for me a dose of motivation, improved attitudeand therapy for everything in my life.

Today my goal is to help you find yourself in any type of physical activity so that it will accompany you throughout your life and  change you externally and internally.

I invite you to use my methods for consultations and training, I will share my experience with you to achieve the best results. Remember –  even the longest journey starts with the first step!

Coach Natalia is a master of her craft, professional, very responsible and attentive to her clients.  I personally worked with this wonderful trainer.  Since I have always been “thin”, I really wanted to tone my body and gain a little muscle mass, but I found that this is not easy.  You also need proper nutrition for training, and here Natalia also helped me. Initially, I would like to thank Natalia for taking me under her wing and doing a good job. It’s very hard to motivate me to exercise, and she did it. Training with Natalia was pure pleasure, tiring but rewarding when I came home from training. Natalia is a volcano of energy. In addition, she listened to my needs and when I felt discomfort during exercise, she did everything to make me feel better. She adjusted the routines when necessary. At the beginning, my short story … since I remember I was a physically active person, I went
to fitness classes, gym, I was never very slim because I have a full female figure, but I felt good about myself. But for two years, my weight was gradually increasing. I realized that before I turned 40, it was getting harder and harder to maintain my weight, I was always tired and nervous.
When I met Natalia, I decided that it was the time to do something under the supervision of an individual specialist. Natalia approached the situation professionally, planned the steps to be done and suggested I have a specialist’s thyroid examination.  It turned out that I have hashimotos and hypothyroidism. By elimination of certain products in my diet, medications and a training schedule adapted to my disease,  I finally obtained the results I was seeking.  When I look in the mirror, I find myself smiling more often !!!
I highly recommend Natalia to everyone, She is a professional in what she does and a very nice person with whom you want to spend time, as this is what’s important –  to spend time with pleasure during training

Training with Natalia was pure pleasure. I was looking for exactly such a person – one who would understand my situation, lifestyle, and competence.. A trainer with passion, vast knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does. Very empathetic, understanding and
